When you shop with Lottie’s Loft, we collect only what’s necessary to process your order, ship it to you, and improve your experience. That includes things like your name, contact details, and payment information.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it unnecessarily. And we’ll never fill your inbox with things you didn’t ask for.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and if you ever want to know what information we hold about you, just ask. We're happy to help.

Returns Policy

We hope you love what you ordered, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy. Please note: due to hygiene considerations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in original condition. To start a return, just email us at info@lotties-loft.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you from there.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.

Shipping Policy

We ship within the UK with plans to expand to the EU in the future.

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please allow for possible delays during busy periods; we’ll always keep you updated.
