Returns
If you would like to return your order, please use the returns form to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back. To make the process simple, we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Change of mind: If you are returning an item that is not faulty, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or incorrect item: If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. We refund the purchase price of the item(s) and the original standard shipping cost. Express or upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
