These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of www.lotties-loft.com (the “Site”) and to the sale of products by Lottie’s Loft Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate. As our jewellery is handcrafted and made from natural materials, slight variations may occur.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the product received due to the colour settings on your computer or digital devices.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders placed on our Site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time (e.g. if the product is unavailable, there are errors in the description or pricing, or suspected fraud). Payment must be received in full at the time of order.
We accept payment through Squarespace Payments, which includes Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other listed providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the UK only at the moment, and we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days.
Available shipping options, times, and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back. To make the process simple, we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Change of mind: If you are returning an item that is not faulty, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or incorrect item: If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. We refund the purchase price of the item(s) and the original standard shipping cost. Express or upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
6. Care & Warranty
Our jewellery is crafted with care using sterling silver and 3-micron gold vermeil, and for silver variants, 3-micron rhodium vermeil. Natural wear, tarnishing, or changes in appearance may occur over time and are not considered faults. To ensure longevity, please follow the care instructions.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes are valid only for the period stated and are subject to terms specified at the time of issue. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless expressly stated.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential losses, and/or any loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, images, and branding on the Site are the property of Lottie’s Loft Ltd and are protected by copyright, design rights, and trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
